Project Description
This architectural model represents a multi-apartment residential complex. It is a realistic and detailed representation, created for a client presentation, sales and public display. The model is well-lit, with glowing windows that give the impression of a vibrant, lived-in community.
The complex consists of several multi-story buildings, all with a consistent, modern architectural style. The buildings have flat roofs, large windows, and a mix of exterior finishes that suggest a contemporary design. The model’s surrounding landscape is also highly detailed, featuring miniature trees, bushes, and green spaces, which adds a sense of realism.
In the foreground, a detailed streetscape includes miniature cars, sidewalks, and streetlights. The model also depicts various amenities, such as a swimming pool and a tennis or basketball court, which are common features in modern residential developments.
The overall impression is one of a well-planned, integrated community, emphasizing the quality of life and available facilities. The model is presented to potential buyers in real estate fairs, where they can choose the block they want to live in, and see what utilities they have in the immediate neighborhood.
