Project Description
Real estate development models are miniatures of buildings and real estate projects, such as residential complexes, offices, hotels, or commercial projects. What are they useful for? They are mainly used to present to future buyers or investors how the project will look, aesthetically and functionally.
This architectural model was commissioned by a building developer and presented at real estate fairs to potential buyers. The model have LED lightings on most of the rooms, highlighting the model’s feature and appearance while emulating night lighting.
