Project Description
This is a long, narrow architectural model depicting a linear residential complex, a street of exclusive homes. The model features a row of identical or very similar single-family homes. The houses have a modern design with flat or slightly pitched dark gray roofs and light-colored facades.
A key aspect of the model is its integrated lighting system. The interiors of the houses are lit, making the windows glow and simulating an evening or night-time scenario. The street and sidewalks are lined with miniature streetlights (lampposts) and subtle ground lighting ( LEDs), which creates an atmospheric effect and highlights the pathways.
Even some of the miniature cars are lit (headlights and taillights), adding significant realism and dynamism to the scene. The properties feature manicured green lawns and gardens. The model incorporates miniature trees and shrubs along the street and between the houses, emphasizing a pleasant, green environment.
This model is designed for a real estate developer. The complex combines 8 different house types in a complex, 32 modern homes, built to the highest standards of daily comfort.
The complex is easily accessible compared to the main points of interest: kindergartens, schools, sports and commercial centers. Made at the scale of 1: 100, the model took about a month to be completed and can be viewed at the exhibition / real estate fairs.
