Project Description
This architectural scale model represents a contemporary 10-storey residential apartment building, designed to provide a realistic and comprehensive visualization of the project before construction. Developed at a 1:100 scale, the model accurately illustrates the architectural form, building massing, façade design, access routes, landscaped areas, and the relationship between the structure and its immediate surroundings.
Particular attention was given to the building’s distinctive façade, balconies, entrances, and overall proportions, ensuring an accurate representation of the proposed residential development.
To enhance realism and visual impact, the model incorporates an integrated LED lighting system featuring warm interior illumination and exterior street lighting. These lighting effects help demonstrate how the building interacts with its environment during evening hours, creating a more immersive and engaging presentation for clients, investors, and stakeholders.
The surrounding site has been carefully developed to provide context and scale. Miniature vehicles, street lighting poles, pedestrian figures, access roads, parking areas, and landscaped green spaces have been incorporated to recreate a realistic residential environment. Synthetic grass was used to represent outdoor green areas, enhancing the overall presentation and helping viewers better understand the project’s urban integration.
A custom transparent protective cover was also included to preserve the model while allowing unrestricted visibility from all angles. This ensures long-term protection during exhibitions, sales presentations, investor meetings, and public consultations.
