Swis Hotel – Niro Investment Group

This project is part of a world chain of hotels and will be built in the capital in the coming period. This model was presented at the launch event of the construction. Made at the 1:75 scale, this architecture model was meant to have an impressive size so that the guests can rotate around it and notice as much as possible the construction elements and the way the facade and plan were designed.

The model makers used finishes with specific shades to the brand of the company and also the elements that give life to the model: people, headlights, lighting poles, and miniature trees. Our model makers completed the model in about 3 weeks after receiving the final plans.
