Project Description

This architectural model presents a modern, functional multi-purpose sports hall, designed with a clear emphasis on spatial efficiency and structural clarity.

Architectural Concept and Design

Dynamic Volume: The building features a balanced composition of two distinct yet interconnected volumes. The main hall, characterized by its wide, arched roof structure, provides a sense of openness and verticality, ideal for sports activities. The secondary volume, presented with an open section, reveals the interior functionality and layout.

The roof of the main hall is particularly striking, showcasing exposed structural arches that not only serve a load-bearing purpose but also add a rhythmic, aesthetic quality to the building’s profile.

Large glazed areas, especially on the front elevation of the main hall, are designed to flood the interior with natural light, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere for users.

The cut-away section of the secondary building allows for a clear view of the interior layout, including the marked sports court, demonstrating the facility’s versatility for various athletic activities.

The model clearly defines the transition between the building and its site. The paved access paths and vibrant green landscaping provide a professional contrast, highlighting the facility’s accessibility and its integration into the surrounding environment.

The use of repetitive vertical elements and bold color accents specifically the red structural details, breaks the monotony of the façade, giving the building a modern, vibrant identity.

This model effectively communicates a design that prioritizes both form and utility. By combining a robust, arched main structure with transparent, well-lit auxiliary spaces, the design creates a versatile environment tailored for both competitive sports and community use. It is a prime example of contemporary sports architecture, where structural efficiency meets clean, accessible, and user-centered planning.
