This residential complex looks like a hotel complex due to its luxurious design. The model has four buildings that are connected to one another and are evenly projected. The floors connecting the four buildings have terraces and balconies. The model features an underground car park where residents can park their cars.

Each building has 10 or more floors, with terraces on each floor. The model also has a garden or a mini-park under the bridges connecting the four buildings. There are also trees, cars and human figurines which make the model as real as possible. In addition, there are small buildings near the park and parking. Each building has a green grass roof that adds color to the landscape.
