Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers see the spaces the internal compartmentalization. It features floors made of distinct materials that help differentiate the rooms: hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, and floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen.
Architectural scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents. People already understand that a big project requires a 3D architectural model for several reasons, and review and inspection are just two of them.
