Green Building

This architectural model represent an green building, designed with significant eco-friendly features. The model is set on a dark base representing the ground, with distinct areas for landscaping and pathways. The central structure is a multi-level building with a predominantly white and light grey facade, characterized by clean lines and an angular.

A prominent eco-friendly aspect is the extensive use of green roofs, visible on several levels of the building, indicating a commitment to energy efficiency, stormwater management, and insulation and reducing the urban heat island effect.

Several balconies and terraces are incorporated into the design, some with red or dark blue accents, suggesting outdoor living spaces. Small, scale figures of people are strategically placed around the model, giving a sense of human interaction and scale.

The surrounding environment of the model includes landscaped areas with vibrant green grass, miniature trees, and paved areas representing driveways and walkways.

The model is made of cardboard, boards and wooden boards for the structure. For a more detailed view, grass and synthetic trees as well as human figurines and cars were added. The exterior structure is painted in white, the roofs in blue and the rooms in brown.

There is another room on the roof which has a pavement of artificial cement and grass on the exterior. We used elements like green lawn to make it look real in a miniature frame and we can say that we are very strict in terms of meeting our customers’ requirements.
