Project Description
This scale model was made at 1:50 scale, and was ordered by a real estate developer. The exterior is primarily gray with vertical orange accents, which add a touch of vibrancy and modern design flair. The top of the model is capped with a bright yellow roof trim, highlighting the building’s crown and making it visually striking.
The model is mounted on a black rectangular base, which serves both as a display platform and a protective boundary. This scale model would be ideal for architectural presentations, real estate marketing, or educational purposes, offering a clear and detailed representation of the building’s design.
