Project Description
This scale model illustrates a contemporary residential development designed to maximize living space within a structured urban environment. The project consists of several interconnected blocks of varying heights, creating a staggered, “stepped” silhouette that adds visual interest to the skyline.
The facade utilizes a bold “color-blocking” strategy, combining stark white surfaces with deep anthracite grey and terracotta orange sections to break up the building’s mass. The model highlights a repetitive pattern of private balconies with glass or minimalist railings, ensuring that each apartment has dedicated outdoor space.
The baseplate shows a realistic urban layout, featuring dedicated parking lanes with miniature cars and small green zones to buffer the buildings from the street. The high density of windows indicates a design focused on providing ample natural light to every residential unit within the cluster.
An efficient sale is based on a correct marketing, which is not based on an exact definition but which can be streamlined through several easy tricks. Even architectural models require such strategies, both in terms of sales, but also from the perspective of the strong impact that marketing can have.
The models themselves contribute effectively to the promotion of ideas and businesses, to their construction, ultimately streamlining the number of sales and investments, but also to their role in the community, making people more adaptable and receptive to new technologies.
