Project Description
Casa del Mar stands out both for its unique architecture and design, as well as for the quality of execution and the materials at the highest standards. The complex has been designed to offer a complete experience and to transform the space around it into an oasis of relaxation and comfort.
This scale model presents a detailed architectural vision for a contemporary resort hotel complex. The presentation highlights both the primary building’s innovative façade design and the meticulously planned leisure amenities within the surrounding grounds.
The centerpiece of the model is an eleven-story, multi-winged hotel structure characterized by its distinctive, undulating, wave-like white balcony tiers. This flowing, organic aesthetic gives the building a dynamic and fluid appearance, contrasting with the rectilinear grid of windows visible on the front elevation in the second view.
The model accurately depicts the clean lines of the stacked floors, with deep overhangs creating private outdoor spaces for each unit. The white, sculpted balcony edges are a dominant feature, defining the hotel’s identity.
The model incorporates numerous miniature figures on the balconies, positioned to convey the scale of the structure and suggest a lively, occupied resort environment. The glazing and internal partition walls are visible behind the balcony system.
The podium base of the model is transformed into a detailed resort landscape, featuring a variety of outdoor leisure zones. A significant portion of the ground floor is dedicated to a pool area. It includes a large, irregularly shaped main swimming pool with light blue water, flanked by a sun deck.
The deck is furnished with miniature sun loungers, small circular tables, and white umbrellas, creating a realistic lounging space.
