This architectural model showcases a contemporary residential development composed of multiple detached, multi-story houses arranged in a linear configuration. Each unit features a modern design characterized by flat, dark-tiled hip roofs, large glass windows, and a combination of neutral-toned façade materials including white, grey, and wood-textured elements.

The model highlights a well-planned streetscape, complete with internal access roads, sidewalks, green front yards, and miniature trees that reflect a thoughtfully landscaped environment. Integrated LED lighting illuminates both the interiors of the houses and the street, simulating nighttime ambiance and adding realism to the presentation.

Viewed from multiple angles, the model effectively communicates the scale, layout, and aesthetic appeal of the housing development, making it a compelling visual tool for architects, developers, and potential investors. This model is made for a real estate complex. The project brings together 8 different house types in a complex, 32 modern dwellings, built to the highest standards of daily comfort.

The complex is easily accessible to the city’s points of interest: kindergartens, schools, sports centers or shopping malls. The scale is 1: 100 scale and can be viewed at exhibition fairs.
