Project Description

This is a topographic model of a hunting area, crafted with an emphasis on terrain elevation and features. The model is covered in green material, simulating dense vegetation and foliage across a hilly or mountainous landscape. Key geographical features, such as winding riverbeds or valleys, are represented by lighter, contrasting material cutting through the green terrain.

Strategically placed small lights or markers, glowing with a warm orange or cool blue hue, are visible across the model’s surface. These lights indicate specific points of interest, potential hunting blinds, observation posts, or strategic zones within the modeled environment. The model serves as an effective, three-dimensional planning tool for understanding the lay of the land, visualizing cover, and mapping out movements in this specific terrain.

Cabins, observatories, fortresses or other important areas are marked with different color lights. The farm lands, living areas and existing lakes are also detailed. The model is made on a scale of approx. 1 / 3000.

It is made of polystyrene engraved 3D following the relief forms in the area. Synthetic grass, lights, paint, plastic and wood for the frame were used for the surrounding elements.
