Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers could not only see the spaces around the house, but also the internal compartmentalization. The furniture allows the viewer to easily identify room types, and ensures an effortless estimation of the remaining space once furniture is installed.
In many cases when the beneficiaries or the investors of a construction want to sell or buy a particular property, an architectural layout, showing not only the exterior but also the interior of the buildings, offers a high advantage in the negotiations with the customers.
