In many cases when the beneficiaries or the investors of a construction want to sell or buy a particular property, an architectural layout, showing not only the exterior but also the interior of the buildings, offers a high advantage in the negotiations with the customers.
This is a scale model of a one family residence, which can be disassembled for a better view of the internal compartmentalization. Demountable architectural models are more and more used, because they can provide much more information to customers and a clear vision of the interior plan.
