Statue of Liberty 3D Printed. The Statue of Liberty is a well known neoclassical sculpture on Liberty Island in Manhattan. The entire model is 3D printed as one piece. 3D printing is a process by which 3D objects are created in a digital file.
3D printing improves production and facilitates several meticulous operations when architectural models are created. Compared to other production processes, 3D printing allows adding extremely small, millimeter-scale layers, which is a huge plus in making models of different sizes.
