Residential Buildings Models

The Blueprint model workshop makes custom-made residential buildings, at any scale and size.This is one of them, made at a 1: 150 scale, for a promoter situated near the capital.Developed on a wide surface, the residential complex consists of five buildings that have many apartments in order to satisfy the growing demand on the market and in the area.

The architectural model presents the residential complex together with its vicinity, namely green spaces, parking lots, sidewalks, and entourage elements such as: people, cars, trees.The model wants to highlight the realistic rendering of the facade finishes as well as the inclusion of solar panels, which are an asset in negotiations with potential tenants. The project was carried out within a month.
