Sunshine Residence – Residential Building

The Blueprint model workshop makes custom-made residential buildings, at any scale and size.This is one of them, for a promoter situated near the capital. This is an excellent home for those people who would want to experience living in a high-class flat. Made to look somewhat similar to a hotel, the scale shows us how the final structure would end up after construction.

For parking, we can see that there is no actual lot near the building nor is there a basement space to act as a garage. However, there are cars parked around the building. The spacious area allows the residents to park their vehicles there so that it’s easier for the residents to access them.
