This architectural model serves as the ultimate visualization tool for high-end residential developments. Designed to bridge the gap between blueprint and reality, this project highlights the sophisticated balance between modern construction and human-centric living spaces.
The structure is meticulously fashioned from premium white plexiglass, featuring strategic green accents on the facades to emphasize the architectural concept. To ensure a lifelike representation, the model is populated with scaled vegetation, trees, people, and vehicles, which collectively assist viewers in instantly grasping the true proportions of the buildings, infrastructure, and green zones.
A bespoke illumination system is integrated into both the interior and the perimeter of the model. By utilizing warm yellow light, we have created an inviting atmosphere that highlights the building’s features and commands the viewer’s attention, effectively showcasing the project even in low-light exhibition environments.
