Project Description
This architectural model presents the new Kreisstadt Residence project, a real estate project which is part of the new wave of modern, well-designed real estate investments, joining the other developing projects whose new real estate products are offered for sale at affordable prices.
The developers of this real estate concept have started the construction of the new project on the piece of land with an area of 5,000 sqm. The project is composed of two mixed-dwelling buildings whose height regime is established by ZUP (Zonal Urban Plan) for ground floor + 9 floors.
