Interior Model of an apartmant

Apartment models are often used to be presented to customers as a type of housing unit, so that they better understand the space and size of the rooms they will buy. Typically, a block has several types of apartments, which are repeated on each floor, so real estate developers choose a few categories of homes that require special attention, and promote them through architectural models.

In our model workshop we express to the smallest detail the specific elements that make the difference between a simple plan or render, and a 3D representation of the apartments. That’s why special attention is paid to furniture, floor finishes and walls, and last but not least, the plants and small details are added in the project.
