Housing development model

This is the project proposal to build an elite residential area designed to capitalize on the progress of the city. As you can see, the model includes houses, more specifically, high-rise houses.The model also displays parks as well as other outdoor recreation areas for weekends or holidays with the family. Around the houses and residential buildings there are trees and lawns covered with grass.

This project is run by professional house developers, whose vision is to make your dreams come true as soon as possible. For vegetation, synthetic grass and pre-fabricated trees were used. Buildings are painted in beige, but tall buildings have white roofs, while two or three-floor houses have green-mint roofs. The buildings near the residential complex are represented by smaller buildings.
