Project Description
The model was designed to present the concept of a home and exterior arrangement. It placed great emphasis on creating straight shapes with few organic shapes. The green space around them is an important asset for customers for evening walks. Here, too, trees, lawns, benches and sidewalks can be used in the model for a more finished and realistic look.
Real estate developers, architects, investors and not only have been using architectural models for decades because they can present the project to customers in a clearer way. The architect’s talent is invaluable in the creative process, but he must find a good way to communicate with the other parties, and a simple drawn sketch is normally not enough.
