Detailed Floor Plan Model – Three room Apartment

This model promotes the division of an apartment, highlighting the finishes, using the miniature furniture to show the spaces, and to show easily to potential buyers what are the wall-to-wall distances, the accesses and the relations between the rooms.

White plexiglass was used for the walls, and mdf melamine for the floor with wood shades to suggest the parquetry. The layout was completed in one week once the architectural plans were received.
