Demountable house scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents. The furniture allows the viewer to easily identify room types, and ensures an effortless estimation of the remaining space once furniture is installed. Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers could not only see the spaces around the house, but also the internal compartmentalization.
