Apartment Development Model at 1:100 Scale

The model was built at a 1: 100 scale and its primary aim was to render with accuracy the finishes on the façade, balconies, and the pavements. Special attention was paid to the landscaping. The green spaces, the vegetation and the urban furniture were represented with great detail.

The viewer has to properly understand the space in which he will choose to live and for that, our team decided to let the model speak for itself. The height regiment of the building is giving the opportunity of a stunning view over the city and the surrounding areas
