Apartment Development Model at 1:100 Scale

The housing complex in the pictures represents eight residential buildings, which will be made one by one depending on the market demand and the speed with which they will be purchased.The craftsmen used the space given in a useful way, making sure they respected the necessary number of parking spaces, the height adjustment, and the access in and out of the building.

The model was built at a 1:100 scale, within two months. It is equipped with an illumination system, a Plexiglas protective box, and a stand with wheels in order to be more easily transported in real estate fairs when moved from one space to another.In the model, the trees were made with their bark white, to represent the elms that will be planted near the buildings, as realistic as possible. Furthermore, the detailed representation of flowers and vegetation shows our dedication.
