Architectural scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents. Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers see the spaces the internal compartmentalization. It features floors made of distinct materials that help differentiate the rooms: hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, and floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen.
Architectural models are so popular that people expect to see them when it comes to large construction projects. Therefore, if a residential complex does not have an architectural model, the credibility of the project can be reduced. It is true that an architectural model comes with an additional cost, but it is certainly a significant investment, which is always worthwhile.
